Do contactless tickets (single ticket, 10-trip ticket, weekly ticket, Thermalis ticket) have an expiration date ?

No, these tickets are valid as long as they have not been used.

I have unused tickets and would like to request a refund.

Regulations regarding public transport do not provide for the refund of a ticket (single or booklet) that has not been used or has been partially used.

Single tickets and booklet tickets do not have an expiration date, and they are issued without any validity period. They can therefore be used later.

Can i make connections with my ticket ?

Yes, it is possible make connections with your ticket within 1 hour from the first validation on the entire Sète Agglopôle Mobilité network*.
